Are they halping or hurting clowning?

Well they are certainly helping the children they are trying to help.
They are also keeping the circus alive in a rough time.

In a perfect world clowning would be better is all clowns acquired as many skill as possible. We do not live in that world. In the world we live in clowns that a volunteering and helping people get a pass. Their goal is to help a group and they are not trying to improve or save the craft.
